Account and registration

If you forget your jntwin password, click "Forgot password?" on the login screen. Enter your registered email address or phone number. We will send a reset link to your email (arrives within subject to verification) or an SMS code to your phone. Click the link or enter the code, then set a new password. Your new password must be at least 8 characters and include uppercase, lowercase, and numbers. If you do not receive the reset email or SMS, check your spam folder or contact our support team via live chat (available during business hours). We do not reset passwords via email — you must use the self-service link or SMS code only.

You can enable two-factor authentication (SMS or authenticator app) to protect login; adjust notification preferences for bets and withdrawals; view your complete transaction history with timestamps and settlement details; manage linked payment methods (add or remove mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or bank accounts); update your email and phone number; and review your KYC verification status. Your jntwin account tier may also have daily or monthly cumulative limits — view these in "Account Limits" under settings. Most new accounts have no restrictions; if you encounter a limit, contact our support team to review your tier. There are no deposit fees; the amount you transfer arrives in full as your jntwin balance.

If you have a jntwin promotion code, enter it during account registration or in your account dashboard under "Promotions & Bonuses". Select "Redeem Code", paste or type your code, and click "Apply". The promotion will activate immediately if valid. You will see the bonus details, including any minimum-play requirements or expiration date. Most codes are valid for 30 days from redemption. If your code appears invalid, check that you have copied it correctly (codes are case-sensitive) and that the code has not expired. If problems persist, contact our support team with your code and account ID. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and enable two-factor authentication in account settings. Review your transaction history for any unfamiliar bets or withdrawals. We will investigate and may temporarily lock your account while we verify your identity. If fraud is confirmed, we will reverse unauthorized transactions and restore your balance.
